Description: Continuing CSIC’s series of BIM in Practice implementation seminars, this session will focus on what architects, engineers and other consultants/ designers need to know if they are working towards implementing BIM in their practice or for a project. Topics will include standard file naming and asset classifications conventions, working to a BIM Execution Plan, working in a Common Data Environment and other key areas particular to a designer's role. Case study examples will also be covered to demonstrate how it has worked in practice.
